The Microsoft Autopilot Hardware Hash Export Service includes the extraction and export of the Microsoft Autopilot hardware hash (Hardware Hash ID) from a device and secure delivery of the exported file to the customer via email.
The service is intended for scenarios where the customer performs Microsoft Autopilot registration independently, uses a third-party deployment partner, manages registrations through a centralized IT organization, or where direct tenant registration by the service provider is not possible due to regional, tenant, security, or Microsoft policy limitations.
The service does not include Microsoft Autopilot registration, Microsoft Entra ID or Intune configuration, tenant administration, or device provisioning activities.
Customer Requirements
The customer must provide a valid email address or a customer-managed secure file transfer location (such as SFTP) for the delivery of the exported hardware hash files.
The service provider is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details, inaccessible file transfer locations, or customer-side access restrictions.
