This service provides pallet-based storage in F9 Distribution Baltic warehouse facilities with monthly billing. The customer is charged a fixed monthly fee for each pallet position used. The service is suitable for customers who require regular warehouse storage capacity for goods awaiting delivery, distribution, or further handling. The service includes storage of goods on pallets in the warehouse for the agreed billing period. Billing is based on the number of pallet positions occupied during the month. Any additional logistics, handling, picking, packing, inbound, outbound, or other warehouse-related services are not included unless agreed separately.

The Microsoft Autopilot Hardware Hash Export Service includes the extraction and export of the Microsoft Autopilot hardware hash (Hardware Hash ID) from a device and secure delivery of the exported file to the customer via email. The service is intended for scenarios where the customer performs Microsoft Autopilot registration independently, uses a third-party deployment partner, manages registrations through a centralized IT organization, or where direct tenant registration by the service provider is not possible due to regional, tenant, security, or Microsoft policy limitations. The service does not include Microsoft Autopilot registration, Microsoft Entra ID or Intune configuration, tenant administration, or device provisioning activities. Customer Requirements The customer must provide a valid email address or a customer-managed secure file transfer location (such as SFTP) for the delivery of the exported hardware hash files. The service provider is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details, inaccessible file transfer locations, or customer-side access restrictions.

This service includes the registration of an end-user device in the Microsoft Windows Autopilot deployment service after the device has already been delivered to the customer. The service is intended for situations where the device has been purchased previously or through another supply channel and needs to be registered to the customer?s Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory environment and device management platform such as Microsoft Intune. The Autopilot registration enables the device to be automatically configured during the first startup. Once the device is powered on and connected to the network, predefined applications, settings, and policies are delivered automatically according to the customer?s deployment configuration. For the service to be completed, the customer must provide the necessary device identification information (for example the hardware hash or Autopilot CSV data) and must approve F9 Distribution Oy as a Microsoft CSP partner in their Microsoft tenant. Microsoft Autopilot Registration Microsoft Autopilot is a deployment solution that simplifies the rollout of new PCs in organizations. By registering the device in the customer?s Windows Autopilot environment before delivery, the device can be automatically enrolled into the customer?s Microsoft environment when the end user signs in for the first time. This reduces manual setup work, improves consistency, and helps accelerate device deployment across the organization. What is included Autopilot preparation ? collection of the hardware information required for Autopilot registration Autopilot registration ? registration of the device in the Windows Autopilot deployment service Optional Group Tag assignment ? customer-specific Group Tag identifiers can be added during registration Service activation Before the first order can be processed, the service must be activated. Activation begins with the Autopilot Service onboarding form, which is used to collect the required customer details, including the customer?s domain, Tenant ID, and the email address of a user with Global Admin rights. F9 will send a permission request to the designated Global Admin, and once the request has been approved, the service is ready to use for future orders. Requirements Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Intune or another supported device management solution that supports Windows Autopilot A supported version of Windows installed on the device Important Please provide the end customer?s domain, Tenant ID, and any Group Tag identifier in the additional text field on the order line.
