In both units you can either connect USB or PS/2 keyboard and mouse and PCs using the KVM cables included. It's also possible to connect a second source on the receiver unit and control it pushing the switching button on the front panel or via hotkey. Via OSD menu users can adjust video signal, EDID, enable password protection and change hotkeys. This extender provides a simple plug & play installation, no additional drivers required, great for both professional and first time users. Please note: This product is not designed to be used in conjunction with active network equipment and must only be used in a point to point connection.
